In addition to being a certified Medicare provider, we have hundreds of contracts with the top insurance carriers, including Blue Cross, Prudential, and others, so you can get the individualized treatment you need without sacrificing your health care benefits. Our friendly office staff is available to assist you with any of your insurance needs.

Malibu Rehabilitation Center understands that with the recent economy insurance benefits are going down and premiums that our patients are paying to have their insurance have gone up. This is why effective February 1, 2010 our standard rates required for each visit has gone down to make it so finances are not on your mind but recovery is!

As a courtesy we will check your benefits, and give you an accurate estimate on your co-payment. We will even let you know your benefits before you make an appointment. If you have any questions about your coverages just give us a call and we can find out for you.

On the day of your first appointment simply check in at the reception desk a few minutes prior to your scheduled time and we can go over your coverage with you. Don’t forget to bring with you your Insurance card and or other important information as well as your prescription from your doctor.
