Private sessions are by appointment only.

All training sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Private sessions not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged.

Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

VISA, MC and Debit Cards accepted.

For first appointments, an advanced payment is required to confirm your session time.
