What can one say about this man? Only that he is the best middle to long distance racer in Belgium. When you are sitting with all the top fanciers and ask them who is the best flyer all you hear from them is Jos Van Der Veken. That is good enough for me. I own 80 birds all bred by Van Der Veken. For two years I went to him and bought a complete round of YBs from all his stock birds and top racers, these are really super pigeons. If you see the video called The Truly Amazing Story of the Zuiderkempen, Terry Lodge says in it that Grondelaers pigeons were the best he had ever seen, he also says these pigeons of Van Der Vekens would be equal if not better than the Grondelaers.

That goes to show the quality of these pigeons. Price £40 each.
